Welcome to Discern Vehicle Inspection. By scheduling an inspection or using our digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Mobile Inspection Service

Discern provides visual, diagnostic, and telemetry-based mobile pre-purchase vehicle evaluations. Inspections are non-invasive assessments conducted at the vehicle location provided during booking.

2. Scheduling & Seller Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle seller or dealership grants our inspector reasonable access to the vehicle, key ignition, and a safe area to perform the evaluation and road test.

3. Inspection Disclaimers & Limits

Our inspection dossier represents the condition of the vehicle at the exact time of evaluation. Hidden internal mechanical defects, intermittent electrical anomalies, or component failures occurring post-inspection are outside the scope of visual and telemetry diagnostics.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Inspection appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled technician dispatch time without penalty. Cancellations made after technician dispatch may incur a trip fee.
