Every package includes a 280+ point physical inspection, an NHTSA safety recall check, and a digital report with photos. Complete and Elite packages add diagnostic scanning, video walkarounds, and buyer-selected focus areas. See the Services & Packages page for a full breakdown of each tier.

You are only charged once your inspection has been scheduled with the seller. If the vehicle is no longer available or the seller cancels before scheduling, you are never charged.

Every technician in our network holds active ASE certifications with a minimum of 8 years of professional automotive experience, and is matched to your vehicle based on make, model, and drivetrain type.

Daily drivers, hybrids and EVs, diesel and 4x4 trucks, exotics, and classic or vintage vehicles are all covered. If a vehicle requires a specialist skill set, we match you with a technician experienced in that specific category.

Most reports are delivered within 24-48 hours of the inspection taking place, and same-day delivery is available on the Complete package when scheduling allows.

Yes. Complete and Elite packages let you select 1 to 3 focus areas, such as engine and transmission, brakes and suspension, or body and paint, so the technician spends extra time on what matters most to you.

If the vehicle sells or becomes unavailable before your inspection happens, you receive a full refund, not a credit toward a future booking.

Our report is a detailed condition and safety snapshot to support your decision and give you negotiating leverage, but the final purchase decision, including financing and warranty considerations, is always yours to make.

If a seller cancels access or the vehicle cannot be located on-site, our technician documents the issue and you are refunded in full or rebooked at no extra charge.
